Magnolia Cemetery (founded in 1849) is the oldest public cemetery in Charleston.
I spent a couple of hours just walking around the grounds – they are striking in so many different ways.
Massive stone crosses, peaceful angels, crumbling tombs, moss covered oaks, if a cemetery can be called beautiful than Magnolia Cemetery is just that beautiful.
